The Forge at University District
Northwest Calgary’s newest community, University District, is building with sustainability, social responsibility, innovation and inclusion. The apartment building will include 92 units on 6 floors, plus retail space.
Offering one, two, and three bedroom rental units with modern styling, selecting the name was simple. “The Forge”, as in “forged in steel”, embraces Kanas’ sentiments toward building sturdy, long-lasting and quality construction.
In consultation with Gibbs Gage Architects, this building is designed with sustainability and energy efficiency in mind.
