Parkhill I

Kanas Corporation was the General Contractor for the construction of Parkhill I, Alberta’s first Energuide rated low-rise building, with nine affordable homes. With an Energuide rating of 88 and meeting R-2000 criteria, it is one of the most energy efficient multifamily buildings in Canada, achieving Built Green Platinum status. Upon completion it was purchased by Calgary Housing Corporation.
